After the supervisory board, the shareholders also have today, Tuesday of Telekom Austria approved the spin-off of the radio tower business – i.e. the masts without electronics – into a separate company at an extraordinary general meeting. Now 12,900 mobile phone masts in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and North Macedonia will be transferred to EuroTeleSites AG. The company is to be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange this year.
