This Thursday, cleaning work will be carried out in the sedimentation tank No. 2 of the El Guapo treatment plant, located in the Páez municipality of Miranda state.
The works will be carried out by workers from the Barlovento Aqueduct, accompanied by personnel from the Miranda Governor’s Office, said a press release.
These actions are carried out with the purpose of continuing with the strengthening of the water system in the windward axis.
It is important to remember that the preventive and corrective maintenance of the reservoirs, as well as the repair and replacement of pipes are part of the plan of the Water Staff for Miranda state.

In this sense, this Wednesday followingnoon the supply of drinking water will be temporarily suspended in the municipalities of Pedro Gual, Buroz and Brión.
On the other hand, in the Páez and Andrés Bello municipalities, the service will continue, but with low pressures, for which reason the populations of said jurisdictions are asked to take forecasts.
The same Thursday the service will be restarted
It was possible to know that once the cleaning and maintenance work of the sedimentation tank No. 2 of the El Guapo treatment plant was completed, it is estimated that the water supply service will be restarted progressively on the same Thursday in said sectors of Barloventeño.
