According to the Infotraffic Center of the Romanian Police, the accident occurred on the A3 Bucharest-Ploiești highway, at kilometer 37, on the direction to Bucharest, near the town of Gruiu in Ilfov county.
Two people were injured following two cars collided. The victims are medically evaluated at the scene.
Road traffic is stopped on the direction to the capital for regarding 15 minutes, until the on-site investigation is completed, Infotrafic said.
