A month ago there was a terror alarm in Vienna: German and Austrian security authorities suspected attack plans by the so-called ISKP (a Central Asian branch of the terrorist militia “Islamic State”) once morest St. Stephen’s Cathedral or Cologne Cathedral. There were arrests in both countries, and in Vienna on December 23rd several people were arrested in a refugee home in Ottakring.
