Borussia Dortmund head coach Edin Terzic has spoken out regarding being knocked out of the Champions League.
The Dortmund team was defeated by Chelsea in the second leg of the 1/8 finals (0:2, the first game – 1:0).
“This result is hard to accept, we are very disappointed. These were two extremely intense games. In the second half, we showed a highly dominant game and created many chances, but in the end it was not enough.
It must be said that Chelsea deserved to go further, given the course of two matches. But we would have deserved a pass too, as it was two very even games,” said Terzic.
