The BAIC BJ40 is an SUV in such an old-world sense that there are two rubber gizmos on its hood, onto which you can fold the windshield if desired. I don’t know what this is for: perhaps for hunting from a car? And its body is not all-metal, but, as befits a “jeep,” with a removable top, okay, plastic, not canvas. They say the top can be easily removed and the car turned into something like a beach buggy, but I haven’t figured out the latches that hold the plastic panels once morest the seals.
