Thanks to a double from Batshuayi, Fenerbahçe climb to first place

The Fener animated the start of the meeting and saw a strike from Joshua King, the Norwegian striker associated with Batshuayi in attack, hit the post (11th). On the other hand, Antalyaspor took the lead on a serve from Güray Vural headed in by Haji Wright (14th, 1-0). The visitors reacted but Diego Rossi, Miguel Crespo and Lincoln Henrique were imprecise and Serdar Aziz placed his header on the crossbar (43rd).

After the break, Fenerbahçe cried bad luck once more when a deflection from King’s header bounced off the post but Batshuayi popped up to equalize with a header (55th, 1-1). The Red Devil scored twice by converting a penalty awarded for a handball by Vural (62nd, 1-2) before leaving the lawn (85th).

At the bottom of the standings, Umraniyespor and Hatayspor with Muhammed Mert on the bench shared the challenge 2-2. The visitors led twice but mightn’t make the difference as they found themselves on the power play in the 78th minute. In the standings, Hatayspor is 15th (16 points) and Umraniyespor 18th (11 points)
