Their car broke down next to the road, and due to the excessive load and the slope, this painful tragedy occurred, following the car and its passengers moved towards the slope before overturning and falling at the foot of the mountain.

The prosecutor in the same court had decided to pursue the driver, “S.A.”, in a state of arrest, for “unintentional homicide resulting from a traffic accident and failure to take the necessary precautions to avoid the risk of a traffic accident, exceeding the authorized number of passengers, and failure to respect the conditions of transportation.” Collective of people.

It should be noted that the regional road No. 302 linking the communities of Ait Bouaouli and Ait Boukmaz in the province of Azilal witnessed, during the month of last March, a traffic accident described as “horrific,” as a result of the overturn of a dual-carriage car carrying passengers, most of whom were male and female professors, who were in On their way to their workplaces to resume studies, following the end of the inter-week vacation.
