Today (Sunday), the Specialized Criminal Court of Appeal announced setting an alternative date for hearing the case once morest the accused, Nasser bin Yahya Al-Hunaini.

She explained that this came due to the defendant’s absence from attending the trial session scheduled to consider the case once morest him, and the inability of the competent authorities to communicate with him at his documented place of residence, indicating that the alternative date was set on Thursday, corresponding to 7/25/1444 AH, at 8 am. .

The court expressed its hope that the defendant would appear in court at the specified time, noting that in the event of his absence, the case will be judged in absentia. This is in accordance with the Law of Legal Proceedings and the Law of Combating Terrorism Crimes and Its Financing.
