In the city of Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region, an explosion occurred on Sunday.
Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the military-civilian administration (CAA) of the Zaporozhye region, hastened to declare the incident a terrorist attack and wrote in his telegram channel that the details of the incident were being specified.
Rogov posted video footage showing a large column of smoke and flashes of fire.
A little later, the telegram channel of the city administration reported that the cause of the explosion at a transformer substation in Berdyansk was a short circuit.
Due to the explosion, part of the city’s residents were left without electricity. No casualties were reported.
