Al-Marsad newspaper: The academic, Turki Al-Hamad, warned of what he described as “the cancer of the awakening” and demanded that it be “amputated” to prevent it from spreading once more in the Kingdom.
Al-Hamad said in a tweet he posted on his Twitter account: “Awakening” (nap or sluggish), like cancer, starts simple and then spreads until it becomes an incurable and fatal disease. The earlier the cancer is treated, the more it claims to be cured, and this calls for follow-up monitoring.
