On April 10, the Biomedicine Agency launched its new campaign for bone marrow donation. Last year, nearly 40,000 people registered, but the profiles still need to be diversified. These transplants are crucial for treating very serious diseases such as leukaemia, in adults as well as in children. In most cases, bone marrow donation is done by blood collection.
