The Pointe-à-Pitre mixed commercial court ordered last Friday the liquidation of Air Guyane and the partial transfer of Air Antilles assets to the company Cipim allied to the Collectivity of Saint-Martin. A judgment which paves the way for the dismissal for economic reasons of 176 of the 300 employees of the two sister companies, including 98 in Martinique and Guadeloupe.
