Cao Xingcheng said that in the name of the exercise, mainland China intends to actually block Taiwan. As arrogant and domineering, mainland China believes that Taiwanese are greedy for money and are afraid of death.

Therefore, he announced that he will donate 3 billion yuan, regarding 100 million US dollars, to strengthen national defense, which will be used to fund and reward individuals or groups to promote national defense education, etc., to strengthen cognitive warfare, psychological warfare and public opinion warfare.

US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi defied intimidation and warnings from the mainland to lead a delegation to visit Taiwan on the 2nd, angering Beijing. The People’s Liberation Army of China announced that from 12 noon on August 4 to 7, it will “conduct important military training operations and organize live ammunition” in six waters around Taiwan.
