The 2nd cycle of training meetings was successfully organized on the weekend of 20-21/4 in Patras as part of the implementation of the Development Program of Elite swimmers of the KOE competition season 2023-24, for the Region of Peloponnese and South Ionian Islands in which the children of NEP participated who have joined the program.
The children watched technique videos in all styles, did technique improvement training in the water under the instructions of the federal G. Vallas together with the other athletes of the Region, while there was also an underwater video recording of the basic style of each athlete. Also, during the two days, the athletes of the entire Region ate together in the foyer of the “A. Pepanos” and thus they got to know each other better and certainly created new friendships and groups.
Let’s remember that out of the 20 Elite children of our Region, 9 belong to the NEP, proving once once more the great work done in the swimming section of the team. The children who were distinguished are the following:
