Civil protection personnel managed, this evening, Wednesday, to recover the body of a young man who had been washed away by waves of a beach that washed up on the outskirts of Tangier.

According to informed sources, the person concerned had disappeared from sight while swimming at the aforementioned beach.

The same sources confirmed that the victim (31 years old) was swept away by the waves of the beach, which is known for its danger.

The same sources indicated that the civil protection personnel were able to recover the body and transfer it to the mortuary.
