Last year, for its very first conference, THQ Nordic lifted the veil on Spongebob: The Cosmic Shakea previously unreleased SpongeBob game that featured a delirious first trailer. The publisher was back today with a new conference, and inevitably, we expected to find the game. This time, the title of Lamp Studios has been highlighted with a big gameplay video, to better understand what awaits us.

Our favorite sponge and a visibly reduced (and very cute) Patrick will therefore travel through the worlds (seven in all), and especially the eras, enough to vary the levels of this action and platform game, which promises to vary gameplay and styles.
Between worlds on the themes of prehistory, a more western atmosphere and other places and periods, the game should make us travel a lot, knowing that we will find the humor so characteristic of the series. Each costume that can be acquired will also give access to other abilities for Bob.
Unfortunately, still no release date for this Spongebob: The Cosmic Shakewhich is slated for release on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
