A long-standing dispute, including extensive and complicated court proceedings, in which even the Supreme Court was involved, has only been brought to a positive conclusion for the municipality of Gmunden. The proceedings involved a footpath to one of the most idyllic bathing spots in the city, the Seereiterweg bathing spot.
