Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs, chaired the meeting held by the Council for Economic and Development Affairs today, Tuesday, at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh.

During the meeting, the Council reviewed a number of economic and development issues, including the presentation submitted by the Ministry of Economy and Planning regarding local and global economic developments. The presentation included a look at the prospects for the global economy during the coming period and an analysis of the most important indicators.

During its meeting, the Council discussed the presentation submitted by the Strategic Management Office of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs regarding the governance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision (2030) and the roles of the supporting agencies.

He also reviewed the periodic presentation submitted by the Ministry of Health regarding the latest developments and health developments related to the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), and the presentation submitted by the Project Management Office at the Secretariat of the Council of Economic Affairs and Development regarding the follow-up to the decisions and recommendations of the Council during the fourth quarter of the past year (2022 AD).

The Council has taken the necessary decisions and recommendations regarding these issues.
