Ras Al Khaimah (WAM)
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Judicial Council, issued Emiri Decree No. 19 of 2022 appointing Counsellor Hamad Mohammed Abdul Karim as President of the Court of Appeal in Ras Al Khaimah Courts. This decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. Counselor Ahmed Muhammad Al Khateri, Head of Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department, welcomed the decision to appoint Judge Hamad Abdul Karim as President of the Court of Appeal, as it is an indication of empowering national judicial leaders who have high competence and expertise to contribute to the development of judicial work and the achievement of justice goals.
