The culture of tea, the baguette, the harissa… The intangible heritage of Unesco collects flavors

After the baguette on Wednesday, it is the turn of other culinary traditions to enter the list of intangible cultural heritage of humanity by Unesco this Thursday, such as harissa, Ukrainian borscht or the culture of cay. Since Monday, the 17th meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Rabat, Morocco, back in person following two online sessions, is studying the 56 registration requests.
