Al-Marsad newspaper: Khaled Al-Zailai, a former player for Al-Nasr club and the national team, died today, Friday.
A large number of athletes and Saudi football fans mourned the death of the player, who was suffering from amyotrophic sclerosis.
It is noteworthy that Khaled Al-Zaila’i, may God have mercy on him, is 34 years old, and was born in the city of Abha.
He played for Al-Nasr Club, and previously represented the national team on more than one occasion, and the player enjoyed a distinguished professional career, during which he moved between the first-class clubs in the Kingdom, and concluded during the year 2020 by contracting with the UAE club Al-Ain.
