The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is responsible for the security of Moscow and the country, the question of installing air defense systems in the capital should be redirected to them. This was announced on January 20 by the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov. transmits TASS.
“They are [Минобороны] are responsible for ensuring the security of the country in general and the capital in particular,” said a Kremlin spokesman, commenting on the issue of publications in social networks regarding the appearance of air defense systems in Moscow.
Peskov added that it is better to ask the Russian Defense Ministry regarding all such measures.
