Today, the Shebin El-Koum Criminal Court in Menoufia Governorate sentenced a woman accused of killing her husband’s niece in Ashmoun district, Menoufia governorate.
The court issued a death sentence for the accused, “Samaha Ad”, for the murder of the child, “Huda”, her brother-in-law’s daughter, who had killed her and buried her in her family’s house due to disagreements with her husband, following the Mufti of the Republic ratified the decision.
The events of the incident are due to the Al-Menoufia Security Director receiving a notification stating that the body of the girl, Hoda, had been found 8 Years, buried in the house of her neighbors, and by moving and inspecting, the death of the child Huda, who had been absent from the house since noon on Friday, before Eid last year, was found, and her body was found and the body was transferred to Ashmoun Hospital. The Public Prosecution Office investigated the incident, and the court issued its aforementioned ruling.
