A source at the Saudi Embassy in Cairo revealed the truth regarding the death of a diplomat, while delivering his speech at the Arab-African Conference, which was organized by the Anti-Forgery and Counterfeiting Organization headed by Ambassador Hossam Abul-Ela.
The source told Masrawy that the person who died was a Saudi businessman who had nothing to do with the diplomatic corps, adding: “He is neither an ambassador nor in the Arab League.”
He denied what was published on one of the websites that the person is a Saudi diplomat, pointing out that his body left Cairo for Medina, accompanied by his wife.
It is noteworthy that the businessman fell while delivering his speech at the Arab-African Conference, at the Border Guard House in Cairo, which was organized by the Anti-Forgery and Counterfeiting Organization headed by Ambassador Hossam Abu Al-Ela.
He fell unconscious during his speech at the conference, with his wife beside him, in addition to the conference’s guests of honor.
