The Emirati President, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, announced, on Wednesday evening, a number of senior appointments in Abu Dhabi, appointing Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, as Vice President of the State, along with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler. Dubai.
The Emirati president ordered the appointment of Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed as Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and the appointment of Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed as Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, in addition to appointing Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed as Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid commented on his official Twitter page, in which he said: “I congratulate my brother Sheikh Hazaa, Sheikh Tahnoun, Sheikh Mansour and Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed for the confidence of the President of the State. In you and your brothers, the leaders of the new generation, the march continues. The flag is raised. Glory is entrenched. May God protect the Emirates and its people and perpetuate its glory and prosperity.
For his part, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs, said in his first tweet following announcing these appointments: “Praise be to God for the blessing of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.”
