The first stage of partial mobilization has ended in the Novosibirsk Region. This became known today, October 3.
– I can report that in the Novosibirsk region the first stage of partial mobilization has been completed. Mobilization task completed. In a busy schedule, not all events might be tracked. Nevertheless, I saw that in almost all cities, regions, a lot of work was launched, worthy farewells were organized, solemn, – said the governor of the NSO Andrey Travnikov during an operational meeting.
