The sale of the Franciscan Friars lot to a real estate firm, the “Heart of Boisé Ascot-Lennox”, has caused disappointment among organizations working to conserve Boisé Ascot-Lennox. This land was in the sights of Nature Cantons-de-l’Est (NCE). “It’s a shock,” said Mathieu Vinette, one of the founding members of the Citizen Association for the protection and enhancement of Boisé Ascot-Lennox.
