KOCHI: The High Court has immediately stopped the distribution of Aravana in Sabarimala following the presence of pesticides in cardamom. The Devaswom Board stopped the distribution of aravana but started making aravana without cardamom in the night. A division bench comprising Justice Anil K. Narendran and Justice PG Ajith Kumar stopped the distribution on the basis of the test result that the presence of pesticide in cardamom exceeded the permissible limit.
