The ICRC victim of a computer attack threatening the data of 500,000 people

In a press release relayed Wednesday evening, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) revealed that a cyberattack described as sophisticated had targeted its servers. The hack was detected this week. According to the ICRC, the personal data and confidential information of more than 515,000 extremely vulnerable people have been compromised.
