After attracting a huge number of fans of games and TV series at the beginning of the year, The Last of Us series had another half hour of new behind-the-scenes content released by HBO and PlayStation Productions.
The video provides details on the recording of scenes, explanations of creative decisions in adapting some moments from the game created by Naughty Dog, as well as including interviews with the main actors and technicians involved in the most famous moments of this hit.
For those waiting for the sequel, still in March, actress Bella Ramsey, who plays Ellie in the series, confirmed that it will take a while until the release of the 2nd season of The Last of Us, which should only take place between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025. Unfortunately, in the meantime, due to the actors and screenwriters’ strike in Hollywood, production on the new season had to be halted. With the end of the writers’ strike, it still remains for the actors’ union to reach an agreement with the major studios.
HBO had already confirmed that The Last of Us series will go beyond the 2nd season, having a long life for the next few years. Due to the game’s larger size, the second season of the successful series will only adapt a part of its entire story.
