It really turns out the effect of a fire, and in the burger it was at least a little, but felt. The steak itself was not particularly thick, but retained the juiciness and flavor of the beef. Another plus point.
Everything else (bun, salad, sauce) was at a good (for fast food) level, although they no longer deserved any special enthusiasm. An honest big burger with an interesting twist.
