The new butcher’s shop will open in the Gaillarde Hall of Brive (Corrèze) in July

This is a stall that should find some life in the Halle Gaillarde. The free space since the start of the year, following the departure of the Bach butcher’s shop, should once once more offer good products to local customers.

The announcement was made by the elected Jean-Luc Souquières, during the municipal council on Wednesday June 29, in Brive. “The Cowrrézien workshop will arrive on July 14″, with its showcase. It was worth the wait,” commented the elected official in charge of the markets.

The company, launched in Meyssac a year ago, had planned to settle for many months. But the order for a refrigerated display case, whose delivery times were lengthened following the war in Ukraine, delayed the project.
