Linz – Since Hermann Schneider took over as director of the Landestheater Linz in 2016, the 2023/24 season has had a theme once more. The motto of the 36 new productions, including eight world premieres, is “Origin”. Above all, the most popular category, musicals, only offers first performances. In the year one following Corona, the number of visitors and ticket sales have been back on track since April, which makes the house optimistic for the coming season.
