The New York Stock Exchange ended in scattered order on Friday, the market finally showing hesitation following having initially reacted well to the US employment figures, on the eve of a holiday weekend (Labor Day). The Dow Jones gained 0.33%, the Nasdaq index lost 0.02% and the broader S&P 500 index gained 0.18%.
