In its daily report, the Ministry of Public Health announced the registration of “8639 new infections with the Corona virus, which raised the cumulative number of confirmed cases since February 21, 2020 to 882,783, and 15 deaths were recorded.”

She explained that “8,367 injuries were recorded among residents and 272 cases among expatriates,” noting that “15 new deaths were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 9,528.” She stated that “the number of hospitalizations yesterday is 723, including 357 in intensive care.”
