The number of climbers who died while climbing Klyuchevskaya Sopka in Kamchatka has increased to eight. It is reported by TASS with reference to the governments of the region.
“People were soaked, we already advised the guides to take off their clothes from the previously dead, but, unfortunately, people did not survive the night,” the regional government said. “A few minutes ago, a helicopter flew towards them, and another attempt will be made to descend to the remaining people.
