The Observatory said that an active trough of low pressure continued to bring unstable weather to the coast of Guangdong today. As at 4 pm, rainfall over 70 millimetres was recorded in most parts of Hong Kong. The latest forecast shows that there will be heavy rain in the Pearl River Estuary area tomorrow morning. The public should remain vigilant and pay attention to the latest information from the Observatory.
