The Tunis Stock Exchange announced on Monday, December 26, 2022 that the offer on the shares of Assurances MAGHREBIA VIE, operated today, shows that the Fixed Price Offer (OPF) centralized by the Stock Exchange and which relates to 625 000 units was subscribed 5.01 times by approximately 1,570 subscribers.
In addition, within the framework of the Global Placement which relates to 1,875,000 shares, centralized by the stock market intermediary MAC SA, 1,719,751 shares were subscribed by 48 investors.
The 155,249 shares not acquired within the framework of the Global Placement are allocated to the FPO, which brings the number of shares offered to 780,249, thus reducing the response rate to 4.02 times.
