The company that owns the foreign clothing brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (PVH) has transferred its division in Russia to top manager Denis Shchukin. Kommersant reports this.

“In mid-August, PVH withdrew from the capital of the Russian division of Pivious Stores Rus LLC. Denis Shchukin became the new owner and general director of the company, and the name of the structure was changed to Retail Excellence LLC” – it says in the material.

Shchukin has been the director of the PVH retail chain since 2018, and before that he worked in the office of the Adidas clothing brand. Now Retail Excellence will continue to manage the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger stores, which operate as franchises.

Previously, PVH announced the temporary closure of stores due to the conflict in Ukraine. At the same time, stores that were opened as franchises continued to operate, reported TV channel 360.
