The situation in Kyrgyzstan, where Russian team going to play the match, remains tense.
The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on Friday evening will hold an emergency meeting, discussion of the introduction of martial law in the country is not ruled out, Kyrgyz parliamentarian Dastan Bekeshev told Interfax.
“We are now going to an emergency meeting, the possibility of discussing the introduction of martial law is not ruled out. This issue will be discussed at the meeting,” Bekeshev said.
Recall that the conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border with the use of weapons began on September 14. Skirmishes between the military personnel of the two countries were reported to have occurred in three places in the Batken region of the eponymous region of Kyrgyzstan.
Match between Russia and Kyrgyzstan should be held on September 24 in Bishkek.
