According to a report by the Times of India, people between the ages of 30 and 45 are keeping America, Canada, Europe and Australia at the top of their priorities. One of the main reasons for this is that the infrastructure in these countries is very strong and there is no barrier in the way of living a quality life.

Utpal Patel from Ahmedabad started a new life in northern Canada in 2011. Now he has acquired Canadian citizenship and renounced Indian citizenship for it. Utpal Patel giving up his Indian citizenship seems surprising as Gujarat is the most prosperous state in the country. Ahmedabad is a major center of business.

Since January 2021, 1187 residents of Gujarat have renounced Indian citizenship and settled permanently in America, Canada, Europe and Australia.

Ahmedabad Regional Passport Officer Abhijit Shukla says that when students go to study abroad, they are stunned to see the quality of life there and then settle there permanently.

Many businesses from various states of India are also winding up their operations and starting operations abroad as the infrastructure there is very good and the growth potential is high and strong.
