Putin would be preparing his armed forces to carry out a nuclear test on the border with Ukraine, the London Times newspaper wrote today, citing as a source a report sent by NATO to its member states.
It is an intelligence report that warns of possible actions by Moscow, including testing the Poseidon underwater drone, equipped with an atomic warhead.
According to the sources, a Russian military train from the nuclear division would have departed in the direction of Ukraine. The unit is responsible for nuclear munitions, their storage and maintenance, according to Polish analyst Konrad Muzyka.
