Revealed this summer, the negotiations between Artémis, the holding company of the Pinault family, and the shareholders of Creative Artists Agency (CAA) – the powerful American talent agency – have just been concluded.
This Thursday, the two companies announced in a joint press release the purchase by Artémis of the majority stake held by the American investment company TPG in CAA.
