His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Al-Ghazwani, today, Saturday, made a phone call to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the sister state of the United Arab Emirates.
His Excellency exchanged congratulations with His Highness on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, asking God Almighty to return it to the peoples of the two brotherly countries and the Arab and Islamic nations with more progress and prosperity in the context of security, peace and stability.
The two leaders renewed their firm keenness to continue working to steadily grow and strengthen the fruitful relations of cooperation between the two countries and the existing bonds of friendship and brotherhood between the two brotherly peoples.
