The price of gold stabilized today, Tuesday, in Egypt, by evening trading, compared to mid-trading prices, despite the global rise in the metal, according to what Club Naguib, former secretary general of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices stabilized at 1100 pounds per gram.
The price of 18 karat gold recorded regarding 1414 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 karat gold settled at 1650 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 carat gold was regarding 1886 pounds per gram.
The price of the gold pound
The price of the gold pound settled at 13,200 pounds, and the price may vary from one trader to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.
The global price of gold
The global gold price jumped by evening trading, to regarding $1,808 an ounce, an increase of 1.52%, according to Bloomberg agency data.
