The Public Ministry reported that it opened a preliminary investigation once morest congresswoman Heidy Lisbeth Juárez Calle (Podemos Peru) for the alleged irregular charges that she would have made to the workers of her office.
Likewise, the investigation also reaches Miguel Ángel Chafloque Domínguez, main adviser to the aforementioned parliamentarian, indicated as an alleged accomplice in the crime of concussion.
It should be noted that, this Friday, April 14, the parliamentarian was denounced before the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations of Congress for the same events.
In the complaint, the witnesses maintained that Juárez Calle demanded the payment of up to a thousand soles, which were destined for the campaign for the Paita mayor’s office of his father, Justo Juárez.
