“The Queen of Hiking” died after falling 200 meters from a California mountain

The Spanish athlete Crystal Paula Gonzalezknown as the “Queen of Hiking”, died in an accident while trying to climb Mount Baldy, located in Los Angeles, California.

“The hiker was on a steep, icy hillside, surrounded by numerous hikers who were helpful in any way they might,” authorities said in a report.

González, who had 4 children, was recognized on social networks for sharing videos in which she showed her exploits as a walker. This is how she earned recognition from the community and they began to call her “The Queen of Hiking”.
