The Public Prosecution in Giza decided to release the dancer, Bossi, on bail of 3,000 pounds, following reviewing her dance permits.
The beginning was the hesitation of the dancer Bossi, who is criminally required to implement two judicial rulings, one of which was 3 months in prison in absentia at the beginning of this year on charges of incitement to debauchery, and the other was a year in prison and a bail of 1,000 pounds in 2019 for the same charge, on a place in Giza Governorate.
After codifying the procedures and obtaining prior permission from the Public Prosecution, a security force from the Literature Investigation Department was able to arrest the accused, and by confronting her with the sentences issued once morest her, she approved them.
The necessary legal measures are being taken regarding the incident.
