Wearing a garland of flowers, Johnson said in a video message from Hawaii: “Hobbs is back “Fast and Furious” series.

He added, “The next Fast and Furious movie in which you will see the legendary lawman will be Hobbs, which will represent an exciting new chapter and a prequel to Fast X: Part Two.”

The series has grossed over $7 billion at the global box office, making it the fifth-highest-grossing series of all time.

Johnson said he settled differences with Diesel. “Last summer, Van and I put the past behind us,” he said in his post. “With brotherhood and resolve, we will always look following the series, characters, and fans we love.”

The “Moana” star explained that he has a “crowd-first mindset” when it comes to his artistic career, and expressed his love for the entire “Fast” family.
